Our Refund Policy is governed according to PrivateTraining Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Advanced Education, which states that:


Refunds in the case of withdrawal or dismissal: Written notice must be provided by:

  • student to the institution when the student withdraws and
  • the institution to the student where the institution dismisses a student
